Detailed description


(1) Urban complex project

The urban complex (HOPSCA, I.e. Hotel, Office, Park, Shopping Mall, Convention, Apartment) is a complex-based combination of commercial retail, business office, hotel catering, apartment residences, Integrated entertainment five core functions in one of the "city in the city" (functional aggregation, land intensive urban economic gathering). These include:

Business complex - generally CBD, hotel and office buildings as the lead, no residential property;

Living complex - suburbs and new cities, the proportion of residence is higher than 30%;

Single complex - one for no residential, apartment pure complex;

A cluster of complexes - more than one complex complex or business circle.


(2) Old Town Renovation Project

There are five development models for different old town locations:

Model 1: City center - multi-functional, high-end introduction;

Model 2: Historical and cultural area - maintain the context, excavate the price;

Model 3: Mixed residential areas - with the government, co-ordinate operation;

Model four: urban edge area - urban and rural integration, building a heavy management;

Model five: industrial gathering area - relying on the foundation, play the characteristics.
